We are very excited to start selling bread! We take a lot of pride in producing the best whole grain breads using high quality heritage grains. All of the flour used to make the bread is milled in house fresh for each bread. Every loaf is made with natural leaven culture, sea salt and filtered water.

Since we are a small operation for now, we can't make as much bread as we would truly like to. At this time we can only offer up to 8 loaves for sale per ordering days.

Since each loaf takes 2-3 days from start to finish, all orders must be received 2 days before the scheduled pick up/delivery day. If you are interested in purchasing bread, please reach out to me for the delivery/pickup schedule for that week.

At this time we are only delivering in the Brooklyn area.
